President Muhammadu Buhari has signed the the 2016 appropriation Act into law. Pres. Buhari signed the budget in the presence of the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives,
Yakubu Dogara, in his office at the presidential villa Abuja today.
