The federal government has filed charges against former minister of Niger delta affairs, Godsday Peter Orubebe, over alleged false declaration of asset and acceptance of about #70million bribe. The four- count charge against him was filed on behalf of the attorney general of the federation (AGF) by peter danladi of the CCB and summons was served on the ex-minister yesterday.
