film Keeping Up With The Kardashians alongside Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie.
Kim was seen heading into a friend's house in Calabasas, teetering along in
caged tan sandals with spindly high heels.
She also wore a pale grey dress which clung to her every curve, revealing her
huge baby bump and falling just below her knees.
The reality star wore her dark hair loose, and covered up her expertly made-upface with a pair of oversized sunglasses.Her sisters were also dressed to impress, with Kourtney wearing a baggyYeezus sweatshirt as a dress, and pairing it with thigh-high grey suede boots.
