KimKardashian and her husband are planning on selling their Bel Air mansion they've never even lived in for a $10million profit or more.
Kim and Kanye bought the expansive Bel -Air mansion above in 2013 for $9 million, and they spent around $2 million renovating it .
According to a report on TMZ the home is going on the market in the next few days , and the asking price will be more than $ 20 million . The house is in a hot area of town and it ' s likely they ' ll get multiple offers which will trigger a bidding war .
